As a brand ambassador, you will convey the Brand’s philosophy and values, maximize sales performance by fostering customer relationships, develop brand loyalty, and provide a unique store experience guiding clients into our world.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an excellent in-store experience at all times.
2. Maintain and develop client relationships through personalized approaches, leveraging CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage proactively in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge.
6. Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with line managers when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and visual displays, complying with operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to security measures and prevent product thefts.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Experience in a similar luxury women\’s ready-to-wear role.
• Passion for human relations and sales.
• Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
• Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and passion for the product category.
• Fluent spoken English and Arabic.
