- Must be CLSA certified on 8.x, preferred Infinity version
- Overall Pega experience should be greater than 10+ years
- Knowledge on Pega installation (Version 24.2)
- Must be able to understand and breakdown the user stories into tasks
- Should be able to support and guide the team
- Should have hands-on to execute the tasks individually
- Should be able to update the daily report to leadership/clients
- Must be able to prioritise the tasks based on urgency and need
- Should be able to create and own High-Level design (HLD) and Low-Level design (LLD)
- Should be able to govern and manage the confluence/SharePoint
- Must be able to manage the deliverables and work in the absence of a team member
- Must be aware of all Pega best practices and guardrails
- Must have good analytical and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge in SDLC, agile and other implementation methodologies
- Pega implementation methodology knowledge
- Must be knowledgeable on ECS, Situational Layer Cake and Case Management
- Able to execute the Architectural Design and implementation
- Should be able to support CoE activities
- Should be able to support estimates for RFPs/RFIs
- Able to mentor junior members/team leads in the team and help them technically
- Experience in developing and managing Workflows, User Interfaces, Activities, Utility and Decision Rules
- Must have SQL knowledge to execute DDL (preferred), DML and DQL
- Experience in various types of rules like Correspondence rules, Integration rules like traditional and DX-APIs, Validation Rules
- Excellent knowledge on using debugging tools like Clipboard, Tracer, Rules Inspector, performance tools, PDC, and AES
- Must be experienced on PRPC reporting tools
- Must have experience with external integrations
- Must have knowledge on Constellations
- Must have knowledge on Agents and Job Schedulers
- Must have knowledge on Channels implementation
- Must have knowledge on skin rules implementation
- Must have knowledge on Kafka, Kubernetes and Cloud technologies
