Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing UK team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology landscape, experience in full-cycle recruitment, and a passion for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities. This role is hybrid, with flexibility to work from home and attend in-person meetings or events when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles (e.g. Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, etc.)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Source candidates using various platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview logistics, gather feedback, and manage offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Stay updated with UK employment laws and market trends.
- Promote Pracyva’s employer brand across all candidate touchpoints.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment must in the UK market.
- Strong sourcing skills using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with tech stacks, engineering roles, and IT job functions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Experience in agency is a plus.
