Job Title: IFS Business Analyst – Click to IFS FSM Cloud Migration

Location: Reading, UK

Contract – Inside IR35

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the migration from ClickSoftware (Click) to IFS FSM Cloud. You will be responsible for requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and supporting solution design to ensure a smooth and successful migration.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for the migration from Click to IFS FSM Cloud.
• Analyze and map current ClickSoftware processes to IFS FSM Cloud capabilities.
• Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to align with IFS FSM Cloud best practices.
• Support data migration, integration, and testing activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
• Facilitate workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training sessions.
• Collaborate with solution architects, technical teams, and vendors to ensure requirements are met.
• Track and resolve issues throughout the migration lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on ERP or Field Service Management projects.
• Strong knowledge of IFS FSM Cloud.
• Knowledge of ClickSoftware would be an added advantage.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Experience with data migration and system integration projects.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• IFS Cloud certifications.
• Background in utilities, telecom, or asset-intensive industries.
