Looking for a Project Manager who is self-motivated and can drive the team to deliver the project as per the agreed timelines while ensuring quality.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan.
- Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.
- Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.
- Working closely with stakeholders to ensure the project meets business needs.
- Escalating any exceptions and deviations against plans.
- Ensuring all documentation is created as per project plan, reviewed and approved.
- Scheduling and attending review meetings for client service, service improvements, performance and overall quality.
- Providing weekly reports for clients to track progress.
- Generating performance and management reports on request or as per schedule.
- Monitoring and ensuring all quality processes have been followed by the development team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Good understanding of project management methodologies.
- Experience in Agile development methodology.
- Should be a local national.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
