- Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration components
- Develop and enhance GOSU code, including custom GOSU plugins
- Configure Product Model, PCFs, Underwriting Rules, Admin Data, and Activities
- Rating configuration experience is an added advantage
- Work with Guidewire Web Services using SOAP/REST and XML
- Apply strong understanding of Guidewire configuration concepts and best practices
- Support London Market–specific workflows such as delegated authority, bordereaux processing, and complex risk structures
- Collaborate with business and technical teams in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
Your Skills
- 8–10 years of overall experience working with Guidewire applications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on PolicyCenter configuration development experience.
- Excellent hands-on experience on Java GOSU
- GOSU Plugins Product Model Underwriting Rules PCFs Admin Data and Activities
- Experience working on Lloyd’s of London insurance platforms and integrations
- Hands-on exposure to Lloyd’s of London processes including syndicates, coverholders, binders, and slips
- Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration certification is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
