Job Description:
- Own and maintain the architecture for all Finance systems, ensuring coherence, scalability, and alignment with Clients technology and data strategies.
- Oversee all BAU architectural activity for Finance systems provided by client, ensuring architectural integrity, documentation, and governance.
- Take architectural responsibility for Finance-related systems including hands-on knowledge on Oracle Fusion Finance and integrations currently outside the remit, ensuring they are managed within a consistent framework.
- Partner with the Finance leadership team to translate functional and process needs into sound architecture and system design.
- Lead and govern architectural aspects of major Finance initiatives, with immediate focus on cash matching, reconciliation, and overall process and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure Finance systems and data integrations comply with Clients standards for security, performance, and compliance.
- Contribute to strategic planning, roadmaps, and technology selection for the Finance domain.
- Coach and guide Finance IT teams in applying architectural best practices.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in enterprise or solution architecture roles focused on Finance systems (ERP - Fusion Cloud, reconciliation, general ledger, cash management, procurement, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Finance business processes and the supporting applications landscape.
- Demonstrable experience working with outsourced or managed service providers, ideally in a partnership model.
- Hands-on knowledge of systems integration, APIs, data flows, and middleware relevant to finance processing.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical partners.
- Comfortable operating in a hybrid delivery environment with complex vendor and systems landscapes.
TOGAF or equivalent certification desirable but not essential.
