Requirements:
- 2+ years of work experience with SAP Implementation
- 10+ years of work experience with SAP Consulting
- 5+ years of work experience with Payroll Administration
Support payroll for UK and Ireland. Clone existing payroll systems and support new payroll implementations. Represent payroll from a product and system perspective.
SAP Payroll Knowledge:
- Author detailed test scenarios and test scripts based on blueprint inputs and expected outputs
- Support payroll transition and stabilization activities
- Participate in payroll testing cycles and validation activities
- Cutover, Go live, Hypercare
Skill Expectations:
- Proven experience with UK and Ireland payroll projects preferable
- Strong understanding of payroll lifecycle testing and go live readiness
- Prior experience in payroll implementations or transitions
- Hands-on exposure to payroll testing and cutover planning
- 7-9 years of relevant experience
- Good 7 to 8 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll
Interview to be taken without the system before. Individually he should handle the project. He should be good in SAP HCM Payroll – Payroll process. Payroll control center, Retro, Integrations should have knowledge. They should be able to answer the queries and resolve the issues of the operations team. Should be able to write test scenarios and scripts on his own. Should know the local payroll process of UK and Ireland. Payroll is secondary. Should be politely handling the situations and client.
