Requirements:
- 2+ years of work experience with SAP Implementation
- 10+ years of work experience with SAP Consulting
- 5+ years of work experience with Payroll Administration
- Support payroll for UK and Ireland
- Clone existing payroll systems and support new payroll implementations
- Represent payroll from a product and system perspective
- SAP Payroll Knowledge
- Author detailed test scenarios and test scripts based on blueprint inputs and expected outputs
- Support payroll transition and stabilization activities
- Participate in payroll testing cycles and validation activities
- Cutover Go live Hypercare
Skill Expectations:
- Proven experience with UK and Ireland payroll projects preferable
- Strong understanding of payroll lifecycle testing and go live readiness
- Prior experience in payroll implementations or transitions
- Hands-on exposure to payroll testing and cutover planning
- 7-9 years of relevant experience
- Good 7 to 8 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll
- Ability to handle the project independently
- Good knowledge in SAP HCM Payroll – Payroll process, Payroll control center, Retro, Integrations
- Able to answer queries and resolve issues of the operations team
- Should be able to write test scenarios and scripts independently
- Knowledge of the local payroll process of UK and Ireland is secondary
- Should handle situations and clients politely
