Strong experience in Business Analysis within transformation, process change, operational improvement, or integration programmes. Proven ability to capture and document complex processes clearly and at varying levels of detail.

Skilled facilitator able to engage stakeholders from multiple teams. Experience working with process frameworks, methodologies, and tooling (e.g., BPMN, Lean, SIPOC, Visio, Systems Thinking).

Solid understanding of risk, control, compliance, and governance considerations in process design. Analytical and structured thinker with excellent communication skills.

Experience in Data analytics, insurance, Pricing & Underwriting, or operational functions desirable but not essential.
