Execute and contribute to AI testing & evaluation (including R/AI) with hands-on experience in analysis logs, observability data, and system behaviour.

Design and run experiments using synthetic data, including building voice agents to simulate calls and validate journeys at scale.

Hands-on in AI - Python, Python packages, Gen-AI and Agentic-AI packages/libraries.

Work with AI platforms (GECX/CXAS, GCP stack) to support testing, evaluation, and reporting, with strong problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills, must be a team player.
