We’re seeking a technically fluent Delivery Manager to join a digital transformation programme at an award-winning security technology organisation. This is an embedded, hands-on role at the heart of a flagship initiative, unifying multiple systems into a streamlined, modern digital ecosystem.
As the Delivery Manager, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, coordinating across software development squads, translating complex technical work into actionable milestones, and ensuring a smooth, predictable release rhythm. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to enable efficient, high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Own delivery across software development teams, ensuring milestones are met on time and to a high standard.
- Review and optimise CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Azure DevOps) to maintain healthy and predictable release cycles.
- Manage agile workflows and backlogs using tools such as Azure Boards or Linear, ensuring priorities are aligned with business outcomes.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and programme stakeholders, translating technical dependencies into clear business milestones.
- Facilitate planning, sprint reviews, and alignment meetings between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure technical debt and pipeline maintenance tasks are appropriately prioritised alongside new feature delivery.
