Following a period of continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Product Assurance (PA) Engineer to join a high-calibre team of experts. The Mission: As a Senior PA Engineer, you will take ownership of product assurance activities for cutting-edge electronic units and subsystems. You will be the focal point for quality, ensuring that every component, whether designed in-house or procured, meets the rigorous standards required for life in the stars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead PA Work Packages: Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial definition to final disposal.
  • Standards & Compliance: Author project-specific PA Plans and lead assurance for EEE parts, materials, and processes.
  • Critical Reviews: Chair and provide expert input for design and manufacturing reviews (including PDR, CDR, TRB, and MRR).
  • Problem Solving: Lead non-conformance processes (NRBs, FRBs) and drive root cause analysis.
  • Mentorship: Play a key role in growing the team by mentoring junior QA and PA engineers.
  • Collaboration: Work across geographically distributed teams to promote a 'quality-first' culture.

Your Profile: We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in an agile environment and possesses a 'get stuck in' attitude.

Experience: 5+ years in Product Assurance delivery for ESA, NASA, or Commercial space programs.

Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in ECSS standards (specifically the Q-ST-10, 60, and 70 families).

Systems Expertise: Proven experience with electronic, electromechanical, and optical systems.

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant engineering field.

Security: Ability to pass BPSS screening. Knowledge of satellite payloads, robotics, or ground support equipment. Familiarity with manufacturing processes like soldering, coating, and bonding.
