A leading space organisation is seeking an experienced Business Process Specialist to support the development and deployment of its internal Business Management System (BMS) across complex space systems programmes.
Working closely with engineering, production, procurement, quality and programme teams, you’ll take ownership of developing lean, practical and auditable business processes that support the full space equipment development lifecycle.
- Developing, documenting and implementing business processes, procedures, workflows and supporting templates
- Supporting Business Management System (BMS) development aligned to ISO, IPC and ECSS principles
- Collaborating with engineering, production, procurement, quality and programme teams across the business
- Delivering minimum viable processes quickly to support compliance while maintaining operational agility
- Supporting process harmonisation across the space equipment development lifecycle
- Proven experience writing operational procedures and business processes within the space/aerospace sector
- Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to simplify complex technical activities into effective business processes
- Experience working within smaller, fast-paced and agile engineering environments, with the ability to operate effectively outside of heavily layered corporate structures
