We’re partnering with a global organisation undergoing a major S/4HANA-driven supply chain transformation, and we’re looking for a Senior SAP MM/EWM Leader to drive solution delivery and service excellence across regions.
This is a high-impact role combining hands-on SAP configuration, solution design, and service leadership within a complex, international environment.
What You’ll Be Doing- Lead solution design and configuration across SAP MM & EWM (Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Warehouse Operations)
- Own service delivery and support, including SLAs, incident/problem management, and continuous improvement
- Drive fit-gap analysis, enhancements, and releases (UAT, transport management, production readiness)
- Partner with business stakeholders to shape demand, prioritise initiatives, and deliver value
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (IDocs/APIs), Fiori apps, and enhancements
- Champion ITIL best practices, root cause analysis, and process optimisation (e.g. Six Sigma)
- Strong experience in SAP MM + EWM (configuration across procurement, inventory, warehouse processes)
- Proven track record in S/4HANA environments
- Experience in service delivery / ITIL-driven support models
- Ability to operate as a technical leader and business partner
- Exposure to manufacturing or complex supply chain environments
- Confident stakeholder engagement across global teams
- SAP S/4HANA certifications (MM/EWM)
- Experience with integrations (e.g. APIs, middleware)
- Background in large-scale transformation or global rollouts
- Work on a large-scale, global SAP transformation
- High visibility role with real influence on supply chain operations
