Duration: 3-month initial contract

The Opportunity: From Manual Maintenance to Automated Excellence

Are you a data expert who loves the challenge of taking manual, repetitive processes and "automating them out of existence"? We are a pioneering, mission-driven legal-tech scale-up on a mission to transform how families navigate life’s biggest transitions. We don’t just want to "fill a gap"; we want to use a natural transition in our team to completely rethink how our sales data flows. We are looking for a technical architect and automation specialist to step in, audit our current analyst workflows, and build a robust, AI-enhanced system that allows our data function to scale.

The Mission

  • Audit & Strategy: Quickly get under the hood of our current manual tasks, from weekly KPI reporting to partner referral entries. Decide what to automate, what to simplify, and what to remove entirely.
  • Systems Transformation: Build the bridges using SQL, Python, and APIs to connect our ecosystem (HubSpot, Airtable, NocoDB) and create sophisticated workflows via Zapier or HubSpot.
  • AI Integration: Master tools and leverage AI to work faster and build smarter solutions.
  • Interim Ownership: Ensure our sales data remains accurate and usable across the business while building the future.

The Legacy: By the end of this 3-month engagement, you will provide documented, tested automations and a clear recommendation for what our permanent data function should look like in the future.

The Stack

We care more about your ability to solve problems than a specific list of tools, but you’ll be most successful if you are proficient in:

  • CRM: HubSpot (Essential).
  • Development: SQL and Python for data extraction and automation pipelines.
  • Automation: Zapier, HubSpot Workflows, and API integrations.
  • Data Storage: Airtable and NocoDB.
  • Bonus Points: Experience with Power BI and a flair for commercial analysis.

About You

  • Technically Fearless: 3–5 years of experience in data automation and aren’t afraid to dig into "clunky" setups to find the elegant solution.
