We’re growing our Delivery team - and we’re looking for people who want to build a serious career in sales. This is recruitment, but at its core it’s sales: influencing decisions, building relationships, and delivering results in a competitive market. You’ll work on business-critical roles with well-known and high-growth organisations, operating at Senior Management and C-suite level. The expectation is quality - not high volume. You’ll be trusted to think, challenge, and make calls.

You might already have some exposure to sales and be looking for a place to build on it properly - within a high-performing, well-established brand. Or you might be in a resourcing role, with a genuine hunger to move into sales and the drive to make it happen. Either way, this is a role for people who are serious about developing - not just trying something out. Because the real story here is the journey.

Everyone starts in Delivery. That’s deliberate. This is where you learn the craft properly - understanding markets, building networks, managing candidates, and supporting live sales processes alongside experienced Client Engagement Partners. You’re not on the sidelines. You’re in the middle of it:

  • Resourcing and managing candidates through complex processes
  • Supporting client delivery on live roles
  • Seeing how deals are built, shaped, and closed

Over time, you’ll start to take on more of the client side - building relationships and developing your own commercial instincts - before fully transitioning into a client-facing role. Typically, that journey from Delivery Consultant to Delivery Partner or Client Engagement Partner happens within 1–2 years. It’s performance-led, but it’s not vague. We have a clear, structured pathway with defined gateways - and a track record of people successfully making that transition. The advantage? You don’t get thrown into sales unprepared. You learn, build credibility, and develop properly - working across sectors and disciplines, alongside a range of high-performing consultants - before specialising and owning your space. And the relationships you build early matter. The candidates you place today often become the clients you work with tomorrow.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building relationships from day one
  • Identifying, engaging, and managing high-calibre candidates across a range of roles
  • Learning sales by doing it
  • Supporting live processes, understanding how deals come together, and contributing to outcomes
  • Working closely with client-facing consultants
  • Gaining exposure to different styles, sectors, and approaches
  • Developing your commercial instincts
  • Starting to think about where opportunities come from - not just filling roles

What we’re looking for:

  • You want a career in sales - and you’re willing to learn it properly
  • You’re competitive and motivated by results
  • You take ownership - no excuses, no passing the buck
  • You communicate clearly and directly
  • You’re curious and want to understand how things really work
  • You bring energy, resilience, and a bit of edge
  • Experience helps, but it’s not essential. Hunger, standards, and attitude matter more.

What it’s like here:

  • You’ll be part of a high-performing Delivery team that’s close-knit, collaborative, and genuinely supportive.
  • People push each other, back each other, and take pride in doing the job properly. It’s social, it’s authentic, and it’s built on mutual respect - not ego.
  • High-performance culture (without the theatrics)
  • Real development - hands-on, consistent, and built around you
  • Clear progression into client-facing roles
  • Hybrid working (2-3 days in Henley-on-Thames)
  • Strong salary and commission
  • Competitive benefits suite
  • A team people stay in

This isn’t a “quick win” sales role. It’s a place to learn the craft, build real relationships, and develop into a high-quality salesperson. If you’ve got the hunger, we’ll give you the structure, support, and opportunity to build something properly.
