Are you a project/change management pro ready to make a tangible impact in the world of sustainable agriculture? Dyson Farming is accelerating its digital journey as part of an ambitious 8–10 year growth strategy – and we’re looking for a driven Project Manager to help lead the charge.
The Role
You’ll be joining a high-performing, tight-knit digital transformation team (4–5 people), working across a diverse portfolio of more than 10 digital initiatives each year. From automation and process optimisation to systems implementation and stakeholder alignment, you’ll be right at the heart of change. As a key bridge between the digital team, finance, and business units, you’ll play a critical role in turning vision into results.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of project/change management experience, ideally in complex organisations
- Strong grasp of systems and finance-led transformation
- Change management qualifications (APMG, ProSci) are a big plus
- Confident engaging with everyone from C-suite to field teams
- Curious, solutions-focused mindset – eager to learn, ready to lead
- Outstanding relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Business analysis and requirements gathering capabilities
- Emotionally intelligent, persuasive, and resilient under pressure
