Practicus are supporting a growing international organisation delivering a major business transformation programme focused on improving processes, reducing manual effort and enhancing service delivery across multiple European locations.

We're looking for an experienced interim Project Coordinator who can quickly bring structure, organisation and momentum to a busy programme environment. Working closely with programme leadership, you'll support delivery across multiple workstreams, stakeholders and business functions.

This role would suit someone who has supported numerous transformation programmes and is comfortable operating autonomously in a lean, fast-paced organisation where ownership and initiative are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain project plans, trackers and RAID logs
  • Coordinate meetings, actions and project documentation
  • Support programme reporting and governance
  • Manage stakeholder communications across multiple business functions
  • Support business change, system implementation and integration activities
  • Ensure actions, milestones and deliverables remain on track
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience supporting business transformation programmes
  • Prior experience using Microsoft Project and working to a PRINCE2 methodology
  • Strong project governance experience including RAID management, reporting and action tracking
  • Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Experience working within SMEs, smaller organisations or lean business environments
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and navigating direct communication styles
  • Pragmatic, resilient and delivery-focused approach

Please note our client is looking for an immediate starter and interviews will be conducted in person. The successful candidate may be required to undergo a DBS check as part of the onboarding process.
