Our client is looking for a Delivery Assurance Analyst to support project governance, assurance, and the effective implementation of stage-gating processes. This role is crucial in ensuring projects are delivered with structure and consistency, turning red projects to green through strong oversight and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with project managers to ensure proper governance and adherence to stage-gating processes.
- Conduct initial assurance meetings, define and run stage gates, and oversee the full project lifecycle.
- Assist in identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement within projects.
- Provide project delivery support, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed correctly.
- Monitor project health and escalate concerns where necessary.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support project delivery and assurance initiatives.
- 5-6 years of experience in project/delivery assurance, PMO roles.
- Strong understanding of Prince2 and waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with stage-gating and full project lifecycle management.
