Hybrid working – 2 days in the office in Hampshire

£46,000 – £57,000 PA + benefits

We’re working with a forward-thinking organisation that is establishing a bran new Digital and AI function. Our client is looking for a Digital and AI Solutions Specialist to help drive innovation and improve both customer and colleague experience through practical and impactful technology solutions.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone excited by the opportunity to build and shape new capabilities. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, tech teams, and the wider organisation to deliver smart, AI-enabled solutions that solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnering with stakeholders and the Digital & AI Manager to identify opportunities and challenges
• Researching emerging tech and assessing the suitability of internal and third party tools
• Designing and delivering bespoke AI/digital solutions aligned to business goals
• Working cross functionally with data, engineering, security and solution design teams
• Using data and analytics to inform development and optimise performance
• Managing an AI solutions inventory and ensuring effective use of tools
• Promoting awareness of AI through knowledge sharing and best practice
• Supporting continuous integration and ensuring compliance and quality standards are met

About You:

• Experience designing and implementing AI and digital solutions in a commercial or public sector environment
• Sound knowledge of AI/ML technologies and data analytics tools
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to think both creatively and strategically
• Great communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Self-motivated and excited by the opportunity to build something from scratch
