We are seeking a dynamic PPM Analyst/Manager to drive portfolio performance monitoring, develop reporting tools, and enhance project consolidation and resource planning. This pivotal role will help shape and establish robust portfolio management capabilities across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Oversight: Maintain a comprehensive view of ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Project Prioritisation: Assist in defining and applying criteria for prioritising high-impact projects.
  • Portfolio Tracking: Develop and manage portfolio performance reports, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Capacity & Resource Management: Design and refine resource planning tools to optimise team efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance portfolio management processes.
  • Ad-hoc Decision Support: Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in portfolio management.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Expertise in data visualisation and performance tracking.
  • Experience with resource modelling, scenario planning, and prioritisation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and strategic planning processes.
  • Understanding of financial concepts (ROI, NPV, business case analysis).
  • Proficiency in Planview Advisor, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Experience in international markets and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry-recognised portfolio management certification.
  • Experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or other regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of commercial models and go-to-market strategies.
