Payroll Transformation Consultant | Global Payroll Programme | 12-Month Contract | Inside IR35 We're supporting a global organisation on a major European payroll transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Payroll Transformation Consultant to lead delivery.
This is a senior, hands-on programme role focused on consolidating multiple payroll providers into a single global payroll platform across more than 10 European countries.
You'll own delivery from planning through to successful country-by-country implementation, working with senior HR, Finance and Tax stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition with zero disruption to employees.
Key responsibilities: Lead an end-to-end multi-country payroll transformation programme.
Manage the migration from multiple incumbent payroll providers to a single global solution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, Tax and local country teams.
Identify and mitigate programme risks while driving delivery to agreed timelines.
Ensure business continuity and a smooth employee experience throughout the transformation.
We're looking for someone with: A proven track record delivering international payroll transformation programmes.
Experience implementing or consolidating global payroll solutions across multiple European countries.
Strong programme and stakeholder management skills with the gravitas to influence senior leaders.
A solid understanding of European payroll processes, governance and country-specific considerations.
Experience within a complex, highly regulated environment is advantageous.
Contract details: 12-month contract Inside IR35 UK-based, predominantly remote Minimal European travel
