The Mission: Design & Impact 🎯
You’ll join the People and Transformation Directorate on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract to architect the Target Operating Model (TOM) for a major Workday platform rollout.
- Your core focus is the TOM design, ensuring we realise vital business case savings by streamlining administrative roles and embedding a robust in-house support model.
- You will collaborate directly with the Executive Board and Senior Leaders to lead the deployment of the new TOM, ensuring a customer-focused, tiered service delivery approach.
- This is a time-critical role with Phase 1 Go-Live set for April 2025 – your impact will be immediate and lasting!
