My client is a healthcare organisation who are acquiring new healthcare services and are seeking an exceptional, commercially driven Operations Change Manager to play a pivotal role in stabilising, improving, and integrating new services. This role offers huge scope, visibility, and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational and cultural change across newly acquired services
  • Diagnose challenges, implement improvement plans, and stabilise performance
  • Strengthen workforce morale, engagement, and behaviours
  • Improve processes, systems, access, and patient experience
  • Build trusted relationships with clinicians, leaders, staff, and external stakeholders

Experience & Skills

  • Experienced in change management, turnaround, operational improvement, or transformation
  • Commercially astute—able to challenge thinking and drive value
  • Skilled at leading teams through ambiguity and change
  • A confident communicator who can influence at all levels
  • Empathetic, resilient, pragmatic, and credible
  • Comfortable working onsite, observing, engaging, and leading from the front
