About the Role:
An innovative IT team is seeking an experienced NetSuite Project Manager to lead and coordinate enhancements supporting strategic initiatives across Order to Cash, Plan to Perform, and Record to Report.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of NetSuite enhancements, ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Manage a team of in-house and partner analysts, functional consultants, developers, and testers
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration, third-party management, and clear communication of project progress
- Control scope, risks, resources, and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Deliver improvements in NetSuite functionality, integrations, revenue recognition, billing, VAT determination, and performance optimization
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing full lifecycle NetSuite implementations, integrations, and transformations in complex, multi-entity environments
- Deep understanding of NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBundler, SuiteTalk, and SuiteApps
- Track record delivering change for Finance and Operations, including SuiteAnalytics dashboards, reporting KPIs, and upgrades
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to apply structure and drive successful outcomes in dynamic environments
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a focus on quality and attention to detail
Highly Desirable:
- Experience with SuiteTax, Advanced Revenue Recognition, SuiteBilling, and tax determination solutions (e.g., Avalara, Thomson Reuters)
