The Role
Based in our Milton Keynes office, you will be the guardian of our specialist HGV fleet’s legal standing. You won’t just be following a checklist; you will be driving the strategy to ensure every vehicle is safe and road ready.
- Own the Compliance Space: Manage all documentation for MOTs, Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMIs), and O-licenses.
- Proactive Coordination: Chase depots across 36 sites to ensure adherence to service schedules and paperwork.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate HGV service calendars and update fleet KPIs monthly.
- Stakeholder Management: Confidently challenge depot managers and internal teams to ensure 100% adherence to safety and legal standards.
