Overview
An opportunity for an experienced Medical Affairs professional to join an innovative, fast-growing healthcare company specialising in men’s health. This field-based role reports to the General Manager and will work closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs) and internal teams to drive medical excellence and provide scientific support across product education and adoption. You’ll ensure best-in-class compliance and ethical standards while building strong clinical relationships.
Base pay
£70,000 - £95,000 plus car allowance and benefits
Key responsibilities
- Lead scientific engagement and education with HCPs, Urologists, GPs, and Pharmacists
- Deliver scientific presentations and training sessions internally and externally
- Act as a trusted scientific expert, communicating clinical data clearly and credibly
- Support congresses, symposia, advisory boards, and medical events
- Develop long-term partnerships with KOLs to enhance product credibility
- Ensure all activities align with ABPI, MHRA, and internal compliance standards
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to provide valuable medical insights
- Contribute to real-world evidence generation and post-marketing initiatives
Experience required
- Background in healthcare or life sciences
- Previous experience in a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) or Medical Affairs role
- Knowledge of Erectile Dysfunction, Urology, Sexual Health, or Men’s Health
- Strong ability to interpret and communicate scientific data
- Excellent presentation skills - engaging with both clinical and commercial audiences
- ABPI qualified, with sound understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
