π§ The Role
A leading global organisation within the satellite communications sector is seeking a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to support senior leaders across two distinct global business areas.
This is a high-impact role combining strategic HR partnering with hands-on delivery, supporting organisational transformation and helping to establish more globally aligned People & Culture practices across a complex international business.
π‘ Key Responsibilities
β’ Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders across organisational design, talent, performance, and wider people strategy
β’ Support organisational transformation, restructuring, and changes to the global operating model
β’ Drive greater consistency across People & Culture practices, working across different business areas, cultures, and geographies
β’ Lead succession planning, talent reviews, knowledge transfer, and workforce planning initiatives
β’ Use HR data and systems such as Workday and ServiceNow to identify trends and inform people decisions
β’ Coach and challenge senior leaders on complex people matters, providing pragmatic and commercially focused solutions
β’ Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the UK, North America, and wider global organisation
π§ What We're Looking For
β’ 10+ years' HR experience, with significant experience at Senior HR Business Partner level
β’ Previous experience within the satellite communications, aerospace, or defence sector is essential
β’ Proven experience partnering with senior leadership within a complex, global or matrixed organisation
β’ Strong experience across organisational design, change management, talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning
β’ Experience supporting significant transformation, restructuring, or operating model changes
β’ Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
β’ Highly autonomous, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
β’ A pragmatic, hands-on approach alongside strong strategic capability
β Desirable Experience
β’ Experience working with US-based stakeholders or across UK/US time zones
β’ Experience supporting global business units through significant organisational or cultural change

Youβll be joining a fast-paced, highly matrixed global organisation undergoing significant transformation, with the autonomy to influence senior stakeholders and help shape the future People & Culture model.
The role works closely with colleagues across North America, so some flexibility for late afternoon/evening meetings will be required.
