This is a critical senior assignment focused on providing operational oversight and driving performance improvement across a portfolio of specialist services in North West England and Scotland.
Your primary focus will be on stabilisation and performance improvement, ensuring every service within your remit meets exacting standards for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. As a strategic leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Senior Oversight: Leading a group of services to consistently achieve quality and performance benchmarks.
- Driving Improvement: Supporting and challenging service leadership teams to enhance operational excellence.
- Risk Management: Maintaining total visibility of regional risks and providing clear insights to senior leadership.
