Key Account Manager – Dermatology (UK Field-Based)

Are you an experienced pharmaceutical professional looking to make a real impact in Dermatology? We’re seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to join our UK team, driving growth and building strong partnerships across the healthcare landscape.
This position plays a pivotal role in achieving territory objectives through effective engagement with Dermatologists, Specialist Nurses, Pharmacists, and Key NHS Managers who influence the use of oncology medicines and services.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Achieve territory sales objectives through ethical and persuasive account management.
- Deliver clear, impactful product and service messages in line with company strategy.
- Plan, execute, and record high-quality customer interactions at the required frequency.
- Develop and implement business plans aligned with national objectives and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Identify new customer groups and influencers to expand access and reach.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of NHS structures, funding pathways, and market access processes.
- Ensure full compliance with ABPI regulations and internal procedures, including timely reporting.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings and conferences (UK & international travel required).
- Support company strategy through mentoring and campaign leadership when required.

- ABPI certification (mandatory).
