My client is a growing healthcare organisation in the search for an Interim Solicitor to support General Counsel. This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded solicitor who can quickly take ownership of day-to-day legal matters.
Key areas of focus:
- Reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and supplier agreements
- Contract renewals and contract governance projects
- Experience of dealing with Local Authorities, ICBs
- Payment disputes and commercial litigation
- Managing external counsel
What we're looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor - 5+ years experience
- Previous in-house legal experience within healthcare
- Strong on commercial contracts and disputes background
- Prior exposure to the healthcare landscape, including Local Authority and ICB commissioning arrangements
- Pragmatic, solutions-focused and comfortable working autonomously
The opportunity:
- £85k - 6 month FTC with strong likelihood of extension
- Hybrid - 3 days in Waterloo
