The Role
A leading global organisation within the satellite communications sector is seeking an HR Business Partner to support key business areas across the UK and France.
This is a high-impact role combining strategic HR partnering with hands‑on delivery. - Navigate complex local employee relations and manage relationships with French Works Councils and UK Employee Forums
- Support ongoing business evolution, organisational design, and change management initiatives
- Partner with leadership through transitions to centralised shared services and new HR operational models
- Collaborate with specialised global teams across Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Total Rewards
- Provide autonomous, high-touch advisory with minimal handholding required
- 6–8+ years of HR experience, with a substantial track record at HR Business Partner level
- Proven experience partnering with client groups of 400+ heads within a complex, matrixed organisation
- Native or fluent French language skills (essential for local ER and Works Council oversight)
- Direct, proven experience managing French Works Councils and UK Employee Forums
- Strong background in change management, organisational design, and complex ER
- A conscientious, self‑starting mindset with the confidence to operate independently
- Broad industry background welcome; experience navigating complex matrix environments is key
