Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, this is a high-profile mandate to shift a 300-strong finance function away from tactical cost-cutting and drive fundamental, technology-enabled process reinvention.

Reinvention: Move past traditional, purely outsourced "lift and shift" models.
You will challenge whether specific tasks should be performed at all, and identify the most modern, digitally enabled ways of delivering those that remain.
- Agentification and AI: Redesign horizontal process ownership, leveraging intelligent automation, machine learning, and autonomous agentic workflows to eliminate manual activities and build a high-value onshore Centre of Excellence.

Assets: Maximise value from a newly live, large-scale enterprise ERP platform to resolve a lack of standard management reporting and establish robust, clean data flows.
