Job Description Head of Quality | Pharmaceuticals | 12-Month Contract | Circa £800 – £900/day Outside IR35 | Hybrid We are currently partnering with one of our super exciting Pharmaceutical/Biotech clients based in Oxfordshire, looking to find them a Head of Quality as they look to continue their current growth trajectory. They are looking for someone with excellent experience to join on an initial 12 month contract to help build out the quality function and deliver a roadmap for the division. The ideal candidate will have a strong GCP background Responsibilities: Be the driving force in quality across the business Deliver a quality roadmap and strategy Identify headcount requirements and lead in the building of the team Lead the implementation of a QMS Experience: Previous extensive experience managing a quality function within a pharmaceutical/biotech company Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities Previous experience implementing a QMS Strong GxP background with a focus on GCP Logistics: Circa £800 – £1000 per day outside IR35 2 days in the office in Oxfordshire, 3 WFH 12-month contract initially with potential for extens…
