INTERIM OPPORTUNITY – TRANSFORMATION LEAD (12-MONTH FTC)

Malmesbury & Lincoln | Manufacturing & ERP Transformation

A leading UK-based agricultural and manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Transformation Leader to cover a 12-month maternity leave, starting in approx. 8–10 weeks. This is a pivotal role overseeing a newly formed transformation team and delivering several high-impact initiatives across operations, finance, and systems integration.
