We are on the hunt for a Head of Growth & Performance. Are you a hands-on growth operator who prefers rolling up your sleeves over managing agencies? We are partnering with a fast-growing, mission-driven B2C scale-up that is shaking up a traditional consumer space. They need a scrappy, deeply curious operator who knows how to leverage modern tech stack capabilities to move at lightning speed.
What you will be doing:
- Hands-on paid media: Directly own and optimize performance across Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Unconventional channels: Dig into podcasts, strategic partnerships, niche communities, creators, and GEO.
- Full-funnel ownership: Drive accountability across acquisition, conversion, and CPL, scaling that LTV to CAC ratio from 2 to 3.
- AI integration: Use tools like Claude AI and automated workflows to operate with the output of a multi-person team.
- Rapid experimentation: Build an agile test-and-learn engine to double down on winners fast.
What we are looking for:
- Proven in-house B2C scale-up experience, ideally navigating a considered consumer journey.
- Pure individual contributor excellence. You must love being directly on the tools.
- Advanced AI literacy alongside deep mastery of the core marketing stack.
- An insatiable curiosity about consumer behavior and non-traditional channels.
