This is an opportunity to join a business in the middle of a major finance transformation programme - helping move from fragmented, manual finance processes into a fully integrated Oracle NetSuite environment. We’re looking for a Finance Systems Specialist to support the implementation and optimisation of a new Financial Management System across a fast-growing, multi-site healthcare organisation. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the successful delivery of a large-scale finance systems programme covering:
- Procure-to-Pay
- Order-to-Cash
- Workflow Approvals
You’ll work closely with Finance, IT, senior leadership, and implementation partners to improve data quality, streamline finance operations, and modernise how the business manages financial processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
This role combines systems implementation, finance process improvement, data migration, and operational transformation. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the migration to Oracle NetSuite
- Assisting with system configuration, testing, and deployment
- Supporting UAT and workflow testing
- Leading finance data cleansing and migration activities
- Rationalising supplier, payment, and chart of account structures
- Supporting OCR and invoice automation processes
- Creating finance process documentation and standard operating procedures
- Supporting reporting, reconciliation, and validation activities
- Working closely with Finance teams on process redesign
- Supporting future finance transformation phases
