Are you an experienced Financial Controller looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast‑growing digital healthcare organisation? This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a company transforming how patients access specialist care across the UK.

We are working with a leading virtual healthcare provider partnering with the NHS to create faster, more efficient pathways. As the business continue to scale, we’re looking for an exceptional Financial Controller to strengthen their finance function and support long‑term organisational growth.

We are ideally looking for someone who can join by mid‑January 2026.

The Financial Controller will take ownership of day‑to‑day financial operations, ensure robust financial governance, and provide strategic insights to support the executive team. This is a critical role in maintaining financial integrity, driving effective decision‑making, and supporting the ongoing expansion of a high‑growth healthcare organisation.

Healthcare sector experience is strongly preferred, and ACA qualification is essential.

• Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis
• Business Partnering
• Compliance & Governance
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
• Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder‑influencing skills
• Strong financial systems capability (Xero, ERP tools, Excel/Sheets)

Preferred

• Experience in private healthcare, NHS contracting, or healthtech
• Background in scaling organisations or digital service businesses
• Experience enhancing finance systems and internal controls
