Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare annual financial statements (FRS102 & FE HE SORP)
  • Lead on audits and statutory returns

  • Manage the fixed asset register and reconciliations
  • Line‑manage and support the development of an Assistant Accountant

About You

You are a fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant with strong experience in financial reporting and a sound understanding of UK accounting standards and VAT principles. You are analytical, detail‑focused, and able to explain financial concepts clearly to non‑finance colleagues.
