Practicus is supporting a reputed housing association with the search for a Finance Data Performance Manager. The role sits in the finance function but works closely with IT, driving better data usage, reducing reliance on spreadsheets, and enabling more effective decision-making across the organisation.
You’ll be doing:
- Lead the transition from legacy finance systems to Workday and expand Power BI usage across the finance team
- Own and deliver finance data reporting and controls, bridging the gap between finance and IT
- Partner with finance directors and senior leaders to align priorities and build a unified data approach
- Manage a virtual team of Power BI champions, guiding best practice and embedding governance
What we’re looking for:
- Strong finance background, Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent Post Graduate accounting qualification)
- Expertise in Power BI, DAX and SQL
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
- Experience working with IT teams on data architecture and governance
