🚨 Interim ERP Programme Director – Major UK Manufacturing Group
12–36 Month Contract | Flexible Day Rate or FTC | Hybrid UK Travel
An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead a full-scale ERP transformation for a well-established UK-headquartered manufacturing group undergoing significant organisational change.
The Context
Following a strategic shift under new leadership, this organisation is transitioning from a decentralised model to an integrated group structure. With 20 plus operating businesses, the company is seeking to implement a group-wide ERP platform to support operational alignment, growth, and international expansion.
The Role
We are searching for a highly experienced ERP Programme Director who has:
- Led 5+ end-to-end ERP implementations
- Operated successfully in manufacturing environments, with a solid grasp of shop-floor operations
- Demonstrated strong leadership and stakeholder alignment at all organisational levels
- Balanced consensus-building with decisive execution
- Proven ability to drive cultural change and ERP maturity in low-exposure settings
- Has managed multi-site ERP programmes
What You'll Be Driving:
- ERP deployment across 20 plus businesses, primarily in the UK
- Significant change management in an environment of low ERP maturity
- Integration of 10 plus functional areas with legacy and future applications
