We have an urgent and exciting opportunity for an experienced interim HR Business Partner to join a values‑driven, highly collaborative philanthropic organisation during a pivotal period of transformation. We’re looking for a capable, data‑minded and proactive HRBP who can step in quickly to keep two critical projects moving: the 2025–26 career development cycle and the migration of HR processes from a legacy system to a new HRIS. If you love project ownership, data accuracy, HR systems, and delivering seamless people processes, this role offers the ideal blend of challenge, autonomy and positive culture.
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Experience managing 2–3 full career development cycles
- Solid HRBP background with exposure to HR operations and project delivery
- Experience and understanding of salary benchmarking
- Strong Excel capability for salary banding and compensation analysis
- Demonstrable “systems thinking,” able to understand and streamline workflows
- Comfortable managing parallel projects with lots of moving parts
- Experience working in non‑profits is strongly preferred
