We are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing UK healthcare services organisation to appoint an Interim Business Development Manager for their expanding Cardiology division. This is a high-impact opportunity for a true sales person – someone with a proven history of opening doors, building senior-level relationships, and securing large, complex contracts across the NHS and private healthcare markets.
The business has grown significantly and now has a clear mandate to accelerate commercial performance in cardiology. What they now need is a commercially astute new business specialist who can unlock untapped markets, create momentum, and build a substantial pipeline of strategic opportunities.
This is an initial 6–12 month interim assignment, created to prove concept and deliver measurable pipeline growth. Success in the role will be judged by your ability to generate high-value opportunities, gain access to key decision-makers, and create traction in markets where the business has historically had limited reach.
This is not a transactional sales role. We are seeking someone comfortable operating in strategic, longer-cycle sales environments, engaging at executive and procurement level, and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Build and execute a national new business strategy for cardiology services
- Open conversations previously inaccessible to the business
- Win large-scale contracts across NHS and private healthcare sectors
- Provide market insight, challenge thinking, and bring fresh commercial energy
Strong NHS network and understanding of Trust buying processes. High energy, visible presence, and confidence in the field. If you are a proven business winner who thrives on opening major accounts, creating pipeline from scratch, and delivering growth in a market-ready business with genuine competitive advantage, this is an exceptional interim opportunity.
