Our client, a leading independent provider of community healthcare services across the country, is looking for an ambitious and driven Managing Director to lead and grow a new business unit. This role will be pivotal to the organisation and provides an excellent opportunity to make an impact during a time of change.

You will be responsible for developing and setting the plan of the new business unit as well as leading on its delivery. This role will be suited to someone who takes a hands-on approach who can engage and inspire the teams around them.

This is a hybrid role with onsite working required in Lancashire. We have a salary on offer of £75,000 – £85,000 per annum plus bonus and other benefits.

Key Requirements

  • Operated at Managing Director/General Manager level within a healthcare environment (Outpatients)
  • Commercially astute and prior experience managing P&L
  • Demonstrable experience developing and delivering effective growth strategy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to inspire teams
