Our client is embarking on a pivotal technology modernisation mandate to enable their five-year plan to double in scale. This 2-year Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) is a strategic window to consolidate, modernise, and uplift the entire technology platform, moving past historical reliance on \”ancient tech.\”

Your Role is Clear: Define and execute a comprehensive IT and digital strategy, uplift capability within the management team, mitigate risk by consolidating critical knowledge, and establish robust IT governance and resilience frameworks.

We need a commercially focused leader with proven resilience in complex, constrained environments. You must possess:

• Outcome-Focused Commercial Acumen: Proven success managing large, complex System Integrator (SI) projects and navigating difficult vendor relationships.
• Demonstrated Resilience: Evidence of delivering better outcomes when projects faced significant complications.
• Regulated Sector Experience: Essential experience in heavily regulated environments.
• Relevant Industry Context: Experience in high-volume, low-value transaction businesses.

💰 The Offer: High Impact, High Reward 📈

• Compensation: Highly competitive salary £150,000 to £160,000, plus a management bonus scheme targeting 20%.
• Contract: An initial 2-Year FTC with the potential of permanent transition and future C-suite consideration.
• Location: UK Home-Based/Virtual with expected travel to the main operational hub in the Southern/North London Commutable area.
