It’s rare for a contract opportunity to emerge for a Data Manager to join a greenfield, multi-year CRM programme where you’ll get the chance to make the end-to-end journey and lead the key data workstreams (architecture/design, governance and migration).
It’s common knowledge that some of the biggest problems encountered when implementing new systems are data related. It’s such a key get right and we’re really keen to hear from you if you’ve played that key role for one or more decent sized enterprises.
This is an awesome role for someone who can demonstrate owning the Data workstreams on one or more CRM implementations (preferably one of Salesforce, MS Dynamics or Oracle Fusion).

Your experience
You’ll need to be able to demonstrate skills around data assessment and planning. So, where have you previously created a data strategy for a systems change programme? You’ll need to have significant experience of data migration, data governance, data quality and a strong knowledge of CRM systems and data management tools. Key to the role is going to be working closely with IT teams to design and implement data architecture and integration solutions.
