We are seeking a hands-on Data Operations & Automation Consultant to support our sales operations function during a period of planned team absence. This role will focus on maintaining data integrity across HubSpot and related systems while identifying, designing, and implementing automation and process improvements that reduce manual effort and improve scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review current analyst workflows and identify opportunities to automate, simplify, or eliminate manual processes
  • Build and implement automations and process improvements
  • Maintain accurate and reliable sales data across HubSpot, Airtable, NocoDB, and related systems
  • Improve data quality by addressing root causes of recurring issues
  • Document, test, and hand over all implemented solutions
  • Provide recommendations on the future structure and responsibilities of the role

Skills & Experience

  • Strong technical background in data operations and automation
  • Experience with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot
  • SQL and/or Python skills
  • Experience working with APIs and system integrations
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or HubSpot Workflows
  • Strong AI tool proficiency and ability to leverage AI to improve productivity
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results quickly

Desirable

  • Commercial analysis experience
  • Power BI reporting and dashboard development
