Often as a business systems analyst , you get drafted in for a few months to handle a specific set of tasks and so (especially these days) it’s rare to make the end-to-end journey through a major CRM implementation. Well, this is one of those rare opportunities .

Not only is this a fantastic programme of work to be part of, it’s a really exciting and dynamic organisation with a positive culture and a great growth story. Definitely one to have on your CV and definitely one that you’ll be proud to have played a role in.

Think of it… you get to take responsibility for gathering, analysing, documenting and managing business requirements through the full lifecycle of this multi-year programme, from initial scoping through to detailed requirements during the build and test stages… a fabulous permanent opportunity.

This organisation is right at the beginning of their journey, at system selection stage and this could not be a more important programme for them.

So who are we looking for?

You’ll have significant experience of having worked as a BSA on CRM programmes , preferably at all stages of the life-cycle. Given the technology has not yet been chosen, it’s key for us to get someone who’s supported implementation of different technology solutions, preferably Microsoft D365, Salesfoce and/or Oracle.

It’s also key that you have experience of different workstreams within a CRM implementation , including Lead to Opportunity, Configure Price Quote CPQ, Sales Enablement (ML & AI) and our ideal is to find someone who’s delivered a solution with international tentacles.

You will be proactive, personable and an excellent communicator. We’re looking for a ‘can-do’ people person who is passionate about what they do and can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. Generous with your knowledge and experience of best practice (including CRM, methods etc) will be required, as will a good level of confidence (but not arrogance).

In return you’ll work with an animated, friendly and motivated group of people and have a great story to tell at the end of it.

If I’ve whet your appetite and you think this is you, please hit the 'apply' button!

NB The role requires being on-site in the Thames Valley for 3 days a week.
