The organisation is seeking a dynamic Head of Clinical Services who can bring fresh thinking, operational leadership, and a strong commercial mindset to help shape the next phase of development. This is far more than a traditional clinical leadership role. The successful candidate will play a key part in driving operational efficiency, enhancing service delivery, improving workforce utilisation, and supporting sustainable growth across private healthcare activity.
The Opportunity
- You will lead a multidisciplinary clinical workforce across theatres, inpatient services, outpatients, and clinical support teams, while working closely with executive leadership to modernise processes, strengthen cross-site collaboration, and support strategic objectives.
